DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping with order tracking. Heads up that it sometimes takes a day or two for the tracking number to show up on the logistics provider's system.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? 

Deliveries to most countries are between one and two weeks.

We apologize if it takes longer - we are a new company and we are still trying to make our logistics more efficient. 


IS MY DELIVERY TRACKED? 

All deliveries include order tracking. 

You should receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. 

Sometimes it takes a day or two for the tracking number to show up on the logistics provider's system. 


WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY? 

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

You can write to us at info@solyza.com to apply for a refund.

We will ask for details to verify and let you know whether a refund or exchange has been approved.

If a refund has been approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items, items purchased with a discount code or gift cards.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We do not do exchanges unless there was an order error.

We recommend you apply for a return or a refund. 

Once your return or refund has been processed, the quickest way to get the item you would like is to create a new order.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED?

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if your items are damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item/s.

WILL I NEED TO PAY ANY CUSTOMS OR IMPORT FEES?

All customs and import fees should have been covered by Solyza. We are new and we are trying to make our operations more efficient. Please contact us if you run into any roadblocks or have feedback. 


CAN YOU DO BIG ORDERS, CORPORATE GIFTS OR CUSTOMIZATIONS?

We love big orders because Solyza beach towels make great gifts! We offer bigger discounts for large orders as well. We can also do special order customized designs for a minimum order of 100 pieces. Please contact us at info@solyza.com to learn about our bulk order and customization options.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY SOLYZA BEACH TOWEL?

In a nutshell: 

Machine wash using cold water.

Wash with similar colours.

Use mild detergent.

Line dry.

Do not bleach.

Do not iron.

Do not dry-clean.

Avoid fabric softeners.
